Many times requested to head post office &twitter also to look in to the matter but no positive response

Consignment no CU375965231IN was booked from Mathura post office to Nazira Post office on 25.11.21 but till now consignment did not received.Complaint no 2001303634 is also registered but no action so far has been taken,kindly help me

I was Flipkart + member & done shopping for more than 3 lakh rs. I ordered for Casio edifice watch,got wrong product, raised the complaint.After that my account blocked, it's being 45 days,but no solution so far

Since more than 1 and half month, no action taken.
My account is still blocked.
