Thank you to the USDA Subtropical Horticultural Research Station a.k.a. Chapman Field. I finally acquired Brosimum alicastrum germplasm! Then, I went to Montgomery Botanical Center and had the best tour guide ever! Thank you everyone, here’s to another day of progress! #mayanut

Sometimes I wonder if anyone is even listening, or cares about MayaNut and the fact that I’m trying to bring something new and unique into the world. For 3 years, I’ve been cultivating and exploring Brosimum alicastrum as a new crop in Florida. Hopefully, it makes someone happy.
