@Lenskart_com my order is being delayed every day with the same stupid sentence that says, "Due to rigorous checks..." Can't get a hold of the store through the number either and your WhatsApp AI bot is incredibly dumb.
@SamsungIndia The technician visited me but it did not solve the issue. Now I'm being told now that the return/replacement request can take upto 20 DAYS?!? All this while my product is in the purchase return/replacement window? What? In what universe does it take 20 days to approve a return!?
@SamsungIndia facing this flickering issue since the very day my monitor arrived. I've contacted Samsung eShop Customer Care, Samsung Support and they have done nothing but waste more of my time. Nobody has resolved this issue. Initiate return and refund immediately.

@cultstoreindia pathetic after sales service. I created a return request 3+ days ago & everyday I'm told the return parcel will be picked up, but nobody comes. Moreover Delhivery keeps saying I was not available?! Calling your toll free number was also a waste of time. 0 support.
@flipkartsupport Why does it take 4+ days (still ongoing) for customer support to help with stupid supercoins system that nobody knows how it's supposed to work. I'm not able to use all at once during my purchase, which defeats the whole point of you refunding me w supercoins.
Of course you can trust @Flipkart@flipkartsupport and their sellers to cancel your order after a week of waiting around and then not be willing to help you out with ordering the product again or compensating you.

@sony_india Got my TV's OCell & TCon repaired after 3+ weeks in service center only for a new problem from day 1. The sound system is completely messed up. Insanely loud at 5% volume & cracking and peaking like a teenager trying to scream. Do you not do QC before sending it back?
@sony_india Having an absolutely disappointing experience with the reliability of the KD-55X85J IN5 TV and even more so with the after sales service. My TV has been at the service center for over 3 weeks. 0 updates and lots of delays from their end even after paying advance.
What a waste of money w Amazon Prime. And what a waste of my time. I had been clear about the fact that I needed the delivery to be done today itself for giving it as a gift to someone before a flight at 5 am tomorrow. What's the point of receiving it tomorrow afternoon?
@amazonIN said they'd deliver my order by 8-11 pm tonight. Not only did I not receive any notification of a delay in the expected delivery time, 5 Amazon Support Executives wasted an hour of my time only to end with - "we can't do anything. delivery reattempt tomorrow"
@KotakBankLtd if I get another spam call from you all regarding a credit card, I'm straight up going to terminate my account. Been getting as many as 5 calls everyday even after telling every single one of them to put me on DND. What a joke of a service.
