@MandSIndia refund not made even after several calls and raising ticket with your ‘customer care’ for 3 weeks. Your pick up agent made the mistake and I’m having to bear the cost. This kind of service is regretful and discouraging from a brand like @marksandspencer

@MandSIndia I returned two items, refund processed only for one. I raised a ticket with the customer care also. Ticket has been closed today without processing refund. Could someone pls look into this and not just send automated responses? It is very distressing
