Happy 37th Birthday to the gorgeous, super talented chart-topping, record-breaking, history-making, top-selling, award-winning Rapper, Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Producer, Entrepreneur, Art Collector, Designer, Top Model, Fashion & Global Icon, the legendary, One and Only #GDragon! 👏🎂🥳🎉🎈🌟🐐👑❤️‍🔥
G-Dragon became world famous as the leader, Main Vocalist and Producer of the legendary Group, #BIGBANG, one of the best-selling boy bands of All Time! He became an even bigger Star as a Soloist in his own right! He is also an amazing songwriter and composer, and has written or co-written over 20 No. 1 songs on the Gaon Digital Chart most of which he also co-produced.

G-Dragon's 1st Solo Album, 'Heartbreaker' (2009), was the best-selling album by a Korean soloist at the time and won Album of the Year at the 2009 Mnet Asian Music Awards. His first EP, 'One of a Kind' (2012), spawned the chart-topping "That XX" and won Best Album at the 2013 Seoul Music Awards! That same year, he embarked on his first world tour, becoming the 1st K-Pop Soloist to tour Japanese dome arenas! G-Dragon's 2nd studio album, 'Coup d'Etat' ft. Missy Elliott, Diplo, Baauer, Boys Noize, Sky Ferreira, Siriusmo, Zion T, Lydia Paek & Jennie Kim, was a massive success, spawning 6 Top 10 tracks on the Gaon Digital Chart, including the No. 1 song "Who You?" & "Crooked" which sold over 1.8 million digital downloads, and hit 100 million views on YouTube! Billboard named its title track, also called "Coup d'Etat", one of the game-changing EDM songs of 2013! The Album hit the Billboard 200, making G-Dragon the 1st K-Pop Artist with multiple entries on the chart! The Album won G-Dragon 4 Mnet Awards for Best Male Solo Artist, Best Music Video for "Coup d'Etat", Best Dance Performance for "Crooked" & Artist of The Year, and 2 World Music Awards for World's Best Entertainer and World's Best Album voted online by the public!

His 2017 EP, 'Kwon Ji Yong', topped iTunes charts in 46 countries including the US iTunes chart, and the Worldwide and European iTunes album charts, making him the first Korean soloist to do so! Kwon Ji Yong became his best-selling album in just one day in the US, his third entry on the Billboard 200, his first No. 1 on the Heatseeksers Albums and his third chart-topper and the first by a Korean soloist to spend multiple weeks atop the Billboard World Albums chart. In China, the album surpassed 760,000 digital units sold in a day on QQ Music and 1 million units in 6 days, becoming the fastest album to do so and the best-selling album of the year! It spawned the #1 single "Untitled, 2014", and its supporting concert tour, Act III: M.O.T.T.E, Dragon's 2nd world tour, became the largest tour ever by a Korean Soloist, attended by 654,000 fans worldwide!

Following his military service and a 4 year hiatus, G-Dragon made a big comeback with BigBang, releasing the smash hit "Still Life" on April 4, 2022. On October 31, 2024, G-Dragon released his first new song since 2017, titled "Power" followed by "Home Sweet Home" on November 22, featuring Big Bang members Taeyang and Daesung, which he premiered at the 2024 MAMA Awards. "Home Sweet Home" went straight to #1 on the Circle Digital Chart in South Korea, becoming his 6th No. 1 single. G-Dragon was the star of the 2024 SBS Gayo Daejeon on December 25 and the Male K-Pop Superstar at Le Gala Des Pieces Jaunes in Paris on January 23, 2025, alongside Taeyang. G-Dragon's 3rd studio album, 'Übermensch' ft. Anderson Paak and Taeyang & Daesung was released on February 25, his first musical release in 7 years since 'Kwon Ji Yong' (2017) and his first studio album in 12 years since 'Coup d'Etat' (2013)! It debuted at #2 on the Circle Album chart in Korea, at #3 on the US World Albums chart and at #10 on the US Top Album Sales chart, reaching #13 on the Oricon chart in Japan, #26 on the ARIA Album chart in Australia, #37 in France, #44 in Austria & #93 in the UK!
