@MTN180 @MTN @NgComCommission Are you kidding me! Did you see 10,000 airtime sent twice to the same number ? Even the call center confirm one of the 10,000 was delivered to an invalid number (12 digit) and I was it will be resolved and refunded but nothing yet...so what's going on here ?

I mistakenly sent 10,000 to an invalid number since 10th of March I have called the customer care several times and I was told the issue has been resolved but nothing yet

The second one got delivered..no issues
The first one is an invalid number (12 digit) ..check properly

@MTNNG I made a complain several weeks ago about not been able to create pin for an sme share and sell Sim and up till now, nothing has beeen done. My Sim is lying there with a 50,000 subscription that was suppose to last for 3months but am not left with only a month. How long!

@payvessel ....For the past one week or thereabout now. Their service has been poor. They claim they autofund you, but it's a big scam. You have to reach out or wait for several hours. Sometimes, they don't even reply messages. I made a wrong choice by partnering with them.
