If you cannot address this issue, I will have to file an official legal complain. Would be better for you to get the pickup done by the next business day, as stated in all your pickup confirmation mails.

@JioMart_Support This is not a one time issue and everyone is facing the same issue at this particular store. You need to work on this properly. I wish to get a proper complaint lodged and the actual issue addressed so that the issues with this particular store is solved.

@JioMart_Support You mean to say that none of the items ordered is available in stock? If so, then why is that not updated? For almost every order atleast 20% products are marked not in stock. If you cant deliver then wind up completely.

The bottom line, leaving all politics aside, is that KP is inefficient: mishandling investigation, not securing crime scene, not following proper investigation SOPs. All these have been observed by the SC also.
