@HDFCBank_Cares Got an SMS from HDFC regarding a failed CC transaction. Worried that it may be a fraud I blocked and got CC reissued. Now all reward points gone !?? Was told on phone only about Rs 100 reissue cost. Reward points loss is a huge cost!? help!
