Hello, good folks. This is a wild shot but anyone can help push for an appointment with Dr Arup Ratan Dutta at Fortis Kidney Institute for my mother? I have secured an appointment for July 9 but that’s too late. Grateful if we could see him this week.
I wonder how Anthropic researchers and engineers who aren’t US citizens but were on the Fable team would be feeling right now.
They can’t access the very thing they helped create.
Wtf?! Many women in this country are extremely politically sensitized. But more than that looking down upon women who wear makeup and go shopping is deeply reductive. Women have very recently, ~ 150 years ago earned the right to do makeup and go shopping, wear the kind of clothes they want to wear and express themselves the way they want to. May they do more of it!!
If men in this country had any idea how deeply political the idea of a woman wearing her kind of makeup and clothes is they wouldn't be laughing it off as apolitical. Indian men are absolutely de-sensitized to women's rights and it's long history.
That said, in this country, the women who get to exercise the choice when it comes to their clothes, their makeup, their lifestyle is miniscule. Most have men in their lives/patriarchal conditioning making these choices for them. This is why everytime a woman wears makeup, dresses up on a whim she's making a solidly empowering statement in this country. Do more of it!!
TIME TO DECODE THE @DelhiAirport SO-CALLED “DOG BITE” VIDEO!!
We all saw the video released by the @DelhiAirport claiming multiple dog bite incidents. The video shows 7 cases, but let’s break them down:
1. 2 cases: The dogs didn’t even touch the humans. They only came near and stopped. If this is considered a “bite,” then by that logic, every crowded queue at the airport should count as a human bite.
2. The dog is behind a bush, and the person simply checks their leg yet it’s labeled a dog bite. The dog might have simply touched the leg and the human startled. STARTLING IS NEW DOG BITE NOW?
3. 1 case: A slight touch where the person’s clothes weren’t even torn and that’s being called a bite?
4. One case shows a person bending toward the dog and invading its space, something that should be common knowledge to avoid. Who goes up to an unfamiliar dog and bends down like that? I’ve attached a screenshot explaining the science behind this behavior. HOW IS THIS THE DOG’S FAULT? @DelhiAirport TRY DOING THE SAME TO ANY OTHER STRANGER WOMAN AND LET ME KNOW IF SHE WAS COOL WITH IT!
5. One case shows the dog noticing the human first, and the person reacting by suddenly changing speed while walking away. Fear is understandable, but this is exactly what one shouldn’t do. These are basic instincts, even before science. How does someone not know this?
Many may argue it’s a reflex in fear and that it’s natural, but nature doesn’t work that way. Constantly reacting without awareness can escalate situations. It’s important to learn, stay aware, and respond appropriately.
How hard is that? THIS IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE IN ALL THE CIVILIZED COUNTRIES.
I’ve attached screenshots (ALONG WITH THE SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATIONS) in the same order for clarity.
If a video with only one possible dog bite case and even that is uncertain, along with various other kinds of interactions is being presented as a “DOG BITE VIDEO,” IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT @DELHIAIRPORT HASN’T VERIFIED RABIES RECORDS OR EVEN PROPER COMPLAINTS.
They initially claimed that a brown dog was responsible, so where is the footage of that alleged bite?
THIS ENTIRE COMPILATION APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PUT TOGETHER IN THE LAST TWO DAYS JUST TO SAVE FACE UNDER SOCIAL MEDIA PRESSURE.

To say that a toothless dog has bitten multiple people, has to be a new low. Absolutely disgusted to see state action against a toothless old dog, of all things. @AAI_Official@MoCA_GoI@RamMNK
Kaddu is a gentle, old, toothless dog who has called Delhi Airport home for 14 years. Since 26 March, she has been missing after being taken from the MLCP building by JK Sanitation workers, a @GMR_Airports vendor.
For 9 days, @DelhiAirport has refused to share CCTV footage or tell people where Kaddu was taken. On what basis was this old, harmless dog removed? This looks like illegal relocation built on a false claim.
Bring Kaddu back home. #BringBackKaddu #JusticeForKaddu #IllegalRelocation

Opinion: In his latest campaign the once earthy and easily accessible chief minister of Bihar morphed into the Joe Biden of India, rolled out for speeches but otherwise cloistered behind aides alarmed by his gaffes, blank stares and memory lapses. https://t.co/LwAW2gSGZV
After excluding all women journalists from his press conference, Taliban minister Muttaqi will be taken to see the Taj tomorrow. Kudos to the Indian government for limiting his only female interaction to Mumtaz Mahal. We're all about Nari Shakti but for Taliban it's Nari-ban.
