@vfsglobalcare I have the appointment confirmation. The money was deducted twice and when I click on request refund. It requests to login and after login there is no further option. Please let me know how to get refund if VFS charged twice with a gap of 3 days.

@vfsglobalcare I was trying to book an appointment for my father for UK Visa from your centre in Pune Online. On 14 Feb the payment was made for ₹5450 money deducted and UPI shows payment successful. vFS says unsuccessful.

However no appointment was booked and no option online to request for refund despite trying everywhere on the website. Now I have booked another appointment and paid for it. Please let me know how can I get refund of ₹5450 for transaction which only failed on VFs but not in UPI

@vfsglobalcare @rohit_rbk Please reply to my DM as well. Why there is a delay? Plus you charged for SMS, no communication not a single sms from your end despite applying in priority. UKVI says application processed and sent to VFS. @VFSGlobal @UKinIndia
