The backlog of unmetabolised folic acid happens in ALL of us.

DHFR is 1300 x less efficient at handling folic acid than folate.
MTHFR is a secondary problem compared to that.

If U are buying Protein Minced Beef from @lidl @LidlGB U should check the ingredients. Pure Minced Beef should NOT contain Metabisulphites, it's illegal in the UK. Lidl get around this by adding Pea Protein to their Minced Beef which allows them to use this chemical. It's BAD
