फिर क्लेम से इनकार।
ऊपर से एजेंट का जवाब “हमसे पूछकर पॉलिसी थोड़ी ली थी।”

सवाल सीधा है कि 👇

प्रीमियम समय पर चाहिए , लेकिन क्लेम के समय बहाने क्यों?

क्या बीमा कंपनियां सिर्फ पैसा इकट्ठा करने के लिए हैं?

क्या पॉलिसी धारक का हक मांगना अपराध है?

अगर नियमों के नाम पर क्लेम रोके जाएंगे,
तो यह सुरक्षा नहीं, सीधी लूट है।

हर ग्राहक को लिखित कारण, पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही मिलनी चाहिए।
वरना “हेल्थ इंश्योरेंस” भरोसा नहीं , सिर्फ कागज़ी वादा बनकर रह जाएगा।

@GoodSgks1234 This is what we are doing for past 1 year, challenge is that the concerned EPF office is in bangalore and we are in Delhi. We rely on employer based in Bagalore to visit the EPF officer. The employer has viaited multiple times but it is a never ending chase

@ACKOSupport Facing the worst exp with Acko, my brother passed away in a road accident and these guys are playing around with the claim registration. Either people sitting in their office are illiterate or they don't understand the diff b/w disability and death @BandBajaateRaho
