@StenaLine having travelled on the 09:00 sailing from holyhead to Dublin on Friday 9th feb I have to advise of the shambles foot passengers endured at both sides. Told to walk between hgvs sideways as the bus couldn't get close to the doors on board. At Dublin no staff around on

Deck so everyone walking around between moving hgvs looking for the bus. Eventually someone turned up and complained that passengers shouldn't have been called down as the buses weren't there yet. It was very dangerous and frightening.
I have to advise that the return journey on
