@BritishGasHelp so, I went to numerous payzone stores today to try and get our emergency message of the £66 credit, cos my voucher was missing in the post. Followed all the instructions, all the places I went tried it multiple times and the credit would not load onto my account.

@TimHoolahan @BritishGasHelp I'm having to go out every few days to get more electric top up, hoping each day the voucher might actually arrive but, still nothing!! And BG tried to blame Royal mail but they've had no strikes since way before this months voucher was due.
