Great article by Ehsan Ahmed Khan @mce_pakistan on the unsettled dispute of Sir Creek and India's wet dreams about it. Brilliantly said: "While Karachi is indeed Pakistan’s economic jugular, New Delhi must remember that the route to Kandla also passes through Kutch. The strategic Kandla Port, a hub of India’s industrial and energy infrastructure, is infested with lucrative targets for Pakistan’s long-range vectors. The port and adjoining infrastructure remain acutely vulnerable to Pakistan’s Air Force stand-off weapons systems, Army’s newly established rocket force, and Navy’s land-strike capability. Any attempt to threaten Karachi or Port Qasim would invite a proportionate response against Kandla and beyond."

Sir Creek: A Settled Boundary, An Unsettled Dispute by Ehsan Ahmed Khan | @TheNation1993 Legally settled in 1914, Sir Creek remains a flashpoint due to India’s militarisation. Pakistan stands firm: peace is preferred, sovereignty non-negotiable. https://t.co/mMn4YoP4KD
This is a very bad idea, which couldn’t have come at a worse time, when entire region is unsettled! It just doesn’t make sense for 2 simple reasons: Sensitive Location of Pasni & Consequences of US-run port at Pasni! Pasni is located 100 miles from Gwadar, which is centrepiece of CPEC, & 100 miles from Iran; given President Trump’s stated desire to regain Bagram in next-door Afghanistan as US military base, any suggestion for US-run port in Pasni will be viewed with suspicion by Pakistan’s 2 close friendly neighbours, China & Iran, a situation Pakistan simply CANNOT afford, more so, as it could spark a New Great Game!
"Based on the Statement just issued by Hamas, I believe they are ready for a lasting PEACE. Israel must immediately stop the bombing of Gaza, so that we can get the Hostages out safely and quickly... this is about long sought PEACE in the Middle East." - President Trump
Trump gives Hamas a final ultimatum: release all hostages and accept a Middle East peace deal by Sunday 6 PM Washington time, or face unprecedented military retaliation.
As the CEO @rcimlp we extend full support for #Samud Gaza Flotilla. #RCIMLP is ready to render expertise of #UNCLOS and other legal services in this hour of humanitarian crisis.

Pakistan strongly condemns the dastardly attack by Israeli forces on the 40 vessel Samud Gaza flotilla, carrying over 450 humanitarian workers from 44 countries.
We hope and pray for the safety of all those who have been illegally apprehended by Israeli forces and call for their immediate release. Their crime was to carry aid for the hapless Palestinian people.
This barbarity must end. Peace must be given a chance and humanitarian aid must reach those in need.
Israel has KIDNAPPED 497 PEOPLE from 46 COUNTRIES from the Global Sumud Flotilla
This is a HUMANITARIAN MISSION, now it has become a global kidnapping by Israel
“The law of the sea is clear: attacking or seizing non-violent, humanitarian vessels in international waters is illegal and unacceptable.” #GlobalSumudFlotilla

‼️ An #Israeli drone attacked MT Clipper, an LPG tanker with 27 crew members including 24 Pakistanis, on Sept 17, near the Ras al-Esa port Yemen.
One LPG tank exploded, however the crew managed to extinguish the fire after 4 days of efforts, however the vessel got stranded and the crew held hostage aboard the ship by #Houthis.
Following the appeal of the crew the Research Center For International Maritime Law & Practice @rcimlp stepped in.
The authorities in #Yemen allowed the ship to continue its journey to Djibouti to offload its cargo before the crew can return to #Pakistan.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said the vessel with its crew including Captain Mukhtar Akbar; two Sri Lankans and one Nepali were held in custody.
Naqvi was appreciative of efforts of its Ambassadors in Oman and Saudi Arabia, and the officials of security agencies who worked tirelessly to secure the safe release of the crew.
"Alhamdulillah the tanker and its crew have now been released by the Houthis and are out of Yemeni waters," @MohsinnaqviC42 said in a post on X.
From crisis to collaboration: @rcimlp's MoU with Ambrey after the Sep 16 drone strike on MT Clipper highlights the need for stronger maritime protections. 24 Pakistanis safe—let's prioritize seafarer welfare worldwide.
Strategic MoU alert: RCIMLP teams up with @Ambrey_Intel post-MT Clipper incident. Focus on unlocking Blue Economy potentials while ensuring secure seas. Grateful for the rescue efforts amid tough times. Thoughts with affected families. #MaritimeLaw#GlobalTrade
In a strategic move to further strengthen Maritime law and security @rcimlp has signed an MoU with one of the world’s leading maritime security company @Ambrey_Intel. MoU arose in the aftermath of the drone attack on the Guyanese-
flagged LPG Carrier MT Clipper on 16 September 2025, which left 24 Pakistani seafarers stranded in Yemeni waters who are now successfully rescued and are on way back to Pakistan. The main objective is to tap the potentials of Blue Economy and promoting safer and secure maritime trade and tourism in the region.
