Unfortunately their support will always either ignore you or tell you the same unhelpful thing ,talk to lavitech01 on instagram he helped me when I had similar issue

Many others who got banned for no reason i was also banned for no reason and a message saying I had used an authorized software, a friend of mine recommended me to this guy on Instagram lavitech01_ he helped me unban my account you should also contact him.
