@kospet_official I have been a long time purchaser of Kospet products and have been a cheerleader for the brand. Kospet recently had a contest for a new M4 watch that I won. However, after notifying them of my win, they have failed to send me the watch.

@flyhugz35626 I made a purchase on December 26 and have yet to receive my merchandise. I sent four email and made two calls to no avail. No feedback is poor customer service.

@getMAGFAST I received a refund of $54 for an order I made in 2018 by Amy Segnit, co owner of Magfast. This was after numerous emails. For my 2021 pro order, I received the family portion but did not get a wall, travel and other products. I asked for 2 cables and power brick.
