It's one thing for me, but @TurkishAirlines won't even offer some compensation to the son of the patient. U expect someone to travel when his father is in hospital. Have some empathy. This is beyond ridiculous. No policies restrict u from being a little empathetic. @TK_HelpDesk

Just wasted £600 with @TurkishAirlines ticket because while booking I didn’t know that I will have family emergency. Frustrating that airline doesn’t care about customer’s circumstances. Been explaining from 3days. No compassion whatsoever. Wont recommend anyone. @TK_HelpDesk

Just having worst ever experience using @WesternUnion . Needed to get it transferred for urgent payment but 12 hrs gone and still no money in my account . 35 min wait but no call pick up. Never recommending ever to anyone in worst circumstances.
