Dilution occurs when a company issues new shares of stock, leaving the existing stockholders with a smaller percentage ownership interest in the company.
Any bending (or reimagining) of that definition is deceptive.
@RoKhanna Somehow the next dollar of taxes will magically be spent intelligently by the govt. So far EVERY dollar ($$ trillions of them) has been spent TERRIBLY by both parties. The only sensible solution is to starve the govt of tax $$ based on past performance.

@phongle This was a no-brainer (and GREAT) change. Do you plan to share the vote stats? Just curious as it should have been 80%+ in favor in my view. Honestly, I can't think of why anyone would bother to vote against this proposal, but ~20% of folks vote for reasons I cannot fathom.
