@KLM_UK Exceptionally disappointed with lack of a genuine reply. Stranded guest voucher is very little value food shocking and drinks not included even soft drinks - no differentiation for business class passengers

[Michelle Beverley @mbeverley139]

@KLM_UK shocking service for business class passengers. Limited arrangements made by KLM for unplanned stay at the airport in Amsterdam, left to arrange own transport to hotel no assistance. Awful experience given the cost and expectation of flying business class with you

@EtihadAirways That's fine but I have still not had an answer as to where my luggage is 24hrs later

[Michelle Beverley @mbeverley139]

@EtihadAirways still no information on lost luggage 24 hrs later and 2 flights in from Paris - no one in Etihad Airways seems to know where the luggage is - PIN given 3 times and still nothing - says something that Ryanair has a better service

[Michelle Beverley @mbeverley139]
