@RafHM The UN's Article 20 of the ICCPR prohibits any advocacy of religious hatred that incites discrimination, hostility, or violence. Thus, while criticism of religious practices and beliefs is a protected right, it must not cross into hate speech.

@RafHM @SussexUni I couldn't agree more that it's absurd to claim non-Europeans are at a disadvantage in traditional exams. It's baseless. The issue isn’t about race; it’s about the challenge of stress and time management in timed assessments, which is indeed significant. (1/3)
