@easyJet I'm trying to make changes to my flights and keep getting the error message EJ2cpgtc70fd when I try to make the payment. Can you advise on what I need to do please.
@easyJet I've now found alternative flights. Your site tells me that the outbound will incur an additional cost of £2 pp each way. Yet when I get to the confirmation page it tells me there is no fee to pay. Will the new flights remain valued at the £780 I've spent so far??
@easyJet@easyJet I want to move my flights to next Oct, they've been 'coming soon' for weeks, so I now have to book flights I don't want for as close to the value of my original booking as possible so that I can reschedule when the Oct 2021 flights are available. Pls help make this easy
Hi @easyJet, I need to reschedule some flights that I have booked in October. Where can I get a breakdown of what I paid for each leg of the journey so I can try and stay as close as possible to the value or my original booking when I reschedule?
@easyJet Thanks Akeel. I've done that, but it's telling me it will take up to 7 days and I need to change my bookings before the end of the week otherwise I'm going to incur charges due to it being <14 days before I'm due to fly. Any other suggestions?
