Youth sports isn’t dying from lack of talent. It’s dying from overload. No free play, rest, recovery, off-seasons. Too many showcases & tournaments. Not enough development. Parent ego + social media pressure fuel the fire. We don’t need more exposure. We need better environments.

@CoachSwit @Dan_KellyPSA I got an idea STOP allowing kids to play both. There needs to be a governing body on baseball. No kid should be able to play on 3 travel ball team and play 8+ games on a weekend and then during the week cross over to little league to have a chance at the “World Series”
