@virginmedia I’m not sure if you have misunderstood but I have done this multiple times previously to no avail. How can I make a formal complaint that is not responded to with “refer to out FAQs”?
@virginmedia I made a complaint after weeks of issues and promises of call backs and the official response to my complaint advises me to visit your FAQs page… is this how you really do customer service?!
@virginmedia That’s not worked previously so I’m not prepared to waste any more time doing so. I would like the call back from a manager I have been promised and I would like confirmation of when I can expect to receive a booster box.
@virginmedia Yes I have spent several hours on the phone to the faults team over the last 4-6 weeks and it resulted in them agreeing to send a booster box I am yet to receive. Diagnostics say no issues but that’s clearly not the case
@virginmedia Yes I’m referring to the speed and I think there are 2 issues - one with connectivity when the network is just down completely and the other is that when it works it is so slow it’s good for web browsing but not MS Teams calls or the like.
@virginmedia It’s not a resolution and it was sent by post. I never have more than 19/20GB despite paying for 54GB and I am unable to connect for between 1 and 2 hours every day. I was promised a booster box and it hasn’t turned up and I’m missing work meetings when there’s issues

@jamesstock4 I’ve not used them but I find viewing properties they have for sale infuriating if that helps! Better to do it yourself than use Strike or use Purple Bricks.
@virginmedia just signed up online, picked installation date for next week then receive email saying it will be much later. Tried calling and got hung up on after 40mins on hold. Please can this be rectified today? I’m quite sure this isn’t how you aim to deliver customer service
