@TheAA_UK broke down 7pm on a mway with a child 9pm no sign highway control inform me case closed AA wouldnt comment or pick up. Then told someone will arrive around 10.30 freezing temperatures. App tells you your in a dangerous place phone AA but they don't pick up @HalifaxBank

@TheAA_UK So is a risk being on a motorway with a child and you close the case after 2 hours and when I ring you then give me a time of after 10 30 we broke down at 7pm. Temperatures dropping, only that I had a highway phone near me did I have any update as the AA didn't care
