@scottgoodacre conversation/notes side of Asana was a big let down. As a freelancer I just stuck notes against meeting tasks but it was far from perfect - maybe using google docs for notes and linking to it in a PM tool would work?

@scottgoodacre After spending more time than I dare admit looking at these tools, Asana ticked all the boxes for me - multiple projects, calendar view, give access to clients, upload documents and view reports across projects.. used this in companies and as a freelancer :)
