Switched my service from AT&T and was promised that all phones and bills would be paid for by @Verizon. Still dealing with this mess and it hasn’t been resolved. The district manager is a Joke!

Rental anyhow. Then issues with return and literally called them 15 times about the same issue. Asked to speak with manager and they won’t put me in touch. Terrible!!
