Mumbai, Maharashtra: Minister Uday Samant says, "Yesterday, there was considerable confusion. Last night, I spoke to Manoj Jarange Patil over the phone. He told me that he had a video of some BJP members allegedly claiming that Uday Samant and Shambhuraj Desai had taken money from Shinde Saheb and sided with the BJP. I told him that nothing of the sort had happened and asked him to send me the video so that I could hold a press conference today itself and bring the truth to light. However, at today’s rally, he alleged that Eknath Shinde Saheb had taken ₹500 crore from the BJP and demanded that he clarify the matter. Jarange Patil also knows that Devendra Fadnavis Saheb initiated the process of Maratha reservation in 2014..''

[IANS @ians_india]

Mumbai, Maharashtra: MoS Yogesh Kadam says, "I believe that every statement made by Manoj Jarange and every protest he is currently leading is driven purely by political motives. I do not wish to comment on whose blessings he is acting under, for whom he is working, or who is behind him. However, it would not be wrong to say that Manoj Jarange is now more focused on serving his own political interests than on working for the Maratha community or protecting its interests. I also believe that the decisions taken by Eknath Shinde during his tenure as Chief Minister and by Devendra Fadnavis during his tenure as Chief Minister were among the most significant decisions taken for the Maratha community in Maharashtra’s history, and these decisions were also implemented. Therefore, I cannot help but sense a political motive behind each of his statements.''

Every Day, This Couple Travels 54 KM To Water The Saplings They Planted!

Ramesh Kharmane, a forest guard from Dhamankhel village in Junnar taluka, Maharashtra, and his wife are setting an inspiring example of environmental conservation.

In 2012, Ramesh left his job in the Army and returned home to care for his mother during her treatment. It was during this time that he made a commitment to protect the environment, with his wife supporting him at every step.

Together, they spent 60 consecutive days carrying out around 300 hours of voluntary labour on a hilltop, digging 70 pits by hand to conserve rainwater.

Their work covered an area of approximately 412 metres and aimed to help rainwater seep into the ground and ease the village’s water crisis. Their efforts also earned them a place in the Indian Book of Records.

Even today, the couple continues to plant native saplings, preserve seeds and care for the trees they have planted. Through scorching heat and difficult terrain, they travel 54 KM every day to keep their mission alive.
For them, protecting the environment isn’t a one-day activity. It’s a lifelong commitments.

VIDEO | Nagpur: After attending RSS’ Vijayadashami utsav, Yaniv Revach, Consul General of Israel to Midwest India, says, “This is my first time experiencing this event. I met Dr. Mohan Bhagwat yesterday, and we had a conversation. We agreed that India and Israel not only share the same values but, unfortunately, also face similar challenges. While listening to today’s speech, I was particularly struck by Mohan Bhagwat’s emphasis on the youth and the importance of continuing to engage with younger generations. We need to connect young people with their roots, heritage, culture, and history while also preparing them for the future by focusing on technology, education, and innovation.”

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh is working to awaken the Hindu spirit and build the entire society into a well-organized and strong society. Without strength even the sustenance, prestige, and protection of individual life to global life is not possible. Therefore, advocating or working towards building an organized and strong Hindu society is not contrary to the spirit of respecting all faiths or to the emotional unity of the nation. Since the Hindu society’s worldview and nature are inclusive, we must understand that such efforts will only strengthen the emotional unity, goodwill, and good conduct among all of us.
It is this very nature and these values, passed down from generation to generation, that inspires Captain Smit Machchar to put his own life in danger and devote himself to protect human lives. Dr. Mohan ji Bhagwat at #Vijayadashami Utsav

[ANI @ANI]

#WATCH | Nagpur | On RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat's address at RSS Centenary Vijayadashami Utsav, Consul General of Israel in Mumbai, Yaniv Revach, says, "I am very excited to be here... I met Dr. Mohan ji yesterday, and we had a conversation. We understand that both countries, India and Israel, not only share the same values, but we also share, unfortunately, the same challenges. When I listened to his speech today. Dr. Mohan ji mentioned that we should continue to work with the young generation... we should also look at the future — technology, education — and also connect them to the heritage — future and past at the same time. It's exactly the same thing that we do in Israel. We should work together to see how we can actually strengthen the ties between Israel and India, not only at the govt level but also people-to-people."

He adds, "Dr. Mohan ji also mentioned in his speech today something very important: if we don't keep our identity and our values, we see exactly what's happening now in Europe when other external forces are trying to destabilize. Not only in Europe, but also we see it in India and Israel. We need to continue to work and strengthen our identity in order to make sure that those extreme left Marxist forces won't try to destabilize our values... we see what's happening in Europe when you are too progressive. At the end of the day, if we don't keep our roots, heritage, and culture, we will lose our identity, and we see exactly what that leads to."

On Mohan Bhagwat's statement regarding Captain Smit Machchhar, he says, "...We see that Captain Smith grew up here in India and according to the values and morals here in India, and this is one of the reasons that he saved so many people during this flight."

Their need has also been felt in other countries of the world too. " - Dr. Mohan ji Bhagwat at RSS Nagpur #Vijayadashmi Utsav
