@easyJet Absolutely shameful using the tragic circumstances in Rhodes ie the wildfires in order to avoid paying out the compensation owed to your customers! Sounds like an CAA and CEDR issue and th ombudsman. Pilot very clearly stipulated reasons. @BBCWatchdog #ombudsman
