@TMobileHelp hey guys, I have a question about international data passes. I added a 15GB 10 day pass to one of my lines. Seems to be working great but when I look at the usage on my account it is showing the amount I’ve used out of 5GB. I would expect it to show out of 15 GB.

@UPS No need. I got information from the customer service chat that explained the level of shipping chosen by the shipper dues not qualify for delivery hold. That’s disappointing because what’s the point of delivery hold if packages will still be delivered.

And now it’s an hour past our scheduled take-off time and convective storms are moving into the area so we’re waiting for a new route. Be nice if your captain could arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to the flight like the passengers are asked to do.

Hey @TMobileHelp I'm on the phone with tech support because someone other than me was able to go apparently go into a T-Mobile and change my e-SIM card. I need to know how that is possible? How were they able to make change to my account? How you will prevent reoccurence?
