@WallStreetSilv Regular Eggs at Aldi in 2020 were $0.55/dozen. I had gone to a 2nd Aldi and they were $0.66/dozen. Now (2024) they are $2.69+/-. Butter was $2.49/lb now $3.99/lb (Kroger recently had a digital coupon sale at $2.49/lb stocked up 8lbs). Heavy cream in 2020 was $2.99, now $5.99.
@dig_deeper1 Get rid of the pharmacy industry all together and allow doctors to autoship their prescriptikns directly from a central supply hub. Eliminates benefits managers, eleminates excess payroll, inventory distribution problems, and simplifies the communication chain.
@gas_biz Overpaid - wtf - want to talk about business overhead, payroll, COGs and student debt to be able to serve your fluffy friend because you opted to feed it crap?
@KarlMuth While pro-competition in pharma may bring some % of new R&D down, let it happen. Pharma retail prices are ridiculous. Middle distribution prices are ridiculous. Benefits managers at pharmacies are ridiculious.
@ElieJarrougeMD Yep, I'm that daughter. Mentation, cognition, coordination, skin all improved since stopping. 2yrs now and his labs look great in my opinion.
@MaryLTrump Narcissistic trauma generationally runs high in this country and he is just perpetuating the abuse cycle. Once you realize he is an absolute narc, you can break yourself free of the trap and see him for what he is.
@Stealx@mbenson6 Not to mention they dont actually wash your dishes and leave a horrific soap film on everything. New dishwashers are terrible. Bring back the 80s.
@ryansweb@XavierHelgesen Absolutely. Not to mention distribution partnerships with corporate groups killing profit margins for independently owned practices. Hope you like that thousand dollar cat spay.
