The number one thing I wish I realized when starting my fitness journey:
There is no direct correlation between the number on the scale and how “fit” you are
The lighter version of you does not always equal the healthiest🙅🏼♀️
the only thing I miss about home workouts is being able to have a dance party in between sets 💃🏼
guess I could still do that at the gym if I wanted to🤷🏼♀️
@m3r1ss4 Hahaha I feel ya girl, I write out my workouts beforehand so I know exactly what I’m going to do when I get there!! It really helps so I don’t feel like I’m wandering around lol
today at the gym, this dude followed me around, stared at me almost the entire time, and only did about 2 sets of exercises the entire time he was there.
STOP MAKING WOMEN FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AT THE GYM!!
esp since I’m almost always the only female in the weights section🙄
