#Landshare Real Estate NFTs represent stylized 3D models of actual real estate assets available on our platform.

These NFTs allow $LSRWA Token holders to generate extra returns via an innovative gamified staking system. The ecosystem of NFTs relies on the use of the $LAND in various essential capacities:

1⃣ The marketplace allows users to trade NFTs using LAND Tokens, with a 5% fee charged for each transaction.

2⃣ The updated NFT minting system now charges a 5% LAND fee to each new mint.

3⃣ To upgrade and repair NFTs, generate power resources, which can be purchased with LAND through the resources tab.

4⃣ NFTs must occupy a slot for active status, and users can purchase additional slots for 15 LAND each.

5⃣ Premium upgrades are available for each NFT property, which requires the purchase of LAND.
