@Kynex_UK This company signed me up to a contract 36 month contract only 18 months ago for mobile phone, broadband and VOIP phone. They struck a deal between themselves and 02 to provide this contract.

As a result I received 2 sim cards, one for the mobile phone and one which I didn't require but which they had to take in order to provide me with VOIP phone and broadband.

@Kynex_UK For 5 days now our company has had no broadband. I contacted Kynex and explained this to them that I have no broadband access. What they have stated is that they signed a 18 month contract with 02 for the broadband as opposed to 3 years as per our contract.

@GBNEWS is it not the case that the PM cannot comment until the matter is investigated? Therefore if he did say anything now (apology or otherwise) that he may prejudice anything thereafter. Is silence therefore justified?
