@operations1492 @lilyally98 I consumed that much “at my worst” - to lose weight. Then for years I’d aim for 1000-1200 a day for 5 days a week, to maintain. That took a lot of will power which eventually ran out.

The women you’ve seen do this were likely starving all day. Will power is a finite resource.
