Tu ayuntamiento va a decir que has tenido una plusvalia del terreno (todo inventado para robarte) y te va a decir que les debes unos 6000€.

El comprador asimismo, va a pagar un 10% de ITP, al menos en Cataluña y hasta un 20% si es un gran tenedor.

Veamos cuanto beneficio han obtenido los actores;

Analicemos en moneda constante por el coste de Inflación 2016 a 2026;

Veamos el valor de la propiedad en moneda constante en 2026;

Resultado;
El vendedor ha vendido a precio de coste. Su beneficio real ha sido una pérdida de -20.582€ en impuestos.

Quien ha ganado aquí?
Unicamente el estado. En concreto un total de 20.582€ + ITP del comprador 26.340€ = 46,922€

Japan just dropped a fascinating data point and slapped Beijing on its face.

Chinese tourists to Japan collapsed -55.9% as a result of China's tourism warfare against Japan by banning its own citizens to visit Japan, and yet total tourism to Japan still grew by 3.61 million, up +5.4% YoY.

So who filled the gap?
Taiwan.

Not just tourists. Taiwanese airlines are moving aggressively, flying into smaller Japanese cities before even Japanese carriers do. Locals joke Taiwanese airlines are like an octopus, spreading everywhere and taking over routes.

Why? Because Taiwan is obsessed with Japan.
Last year, 1 in 4 Taiwanese visited Japan. In contrast, Very few Taiwanese care to visit China.

And now they’re done with just Tokyo and Osaka. They want Tohoku. Kyushu. Everywhere.

This is bigger than tourism.
It’s a real-time shift toward a “non-China” ecosystem, where Taiwan, Japan, Southeast Asia, all becoming more tightly integrated.
China’s absence isn’t creating a vacuum.
It’s being replaced.

Rory Sutherland made a quietly devastating observation about one of the biggest societal shifts of the last 50 years.

He said the move to the double-income household started as an option but quickly became an obligation. The big winners? Governments (twice as many people to tax) and property owners (now two salaries were needed to buy a house). The big loser? The family itself, which lost roughly 35 hours of discretionary leisure time per week — with no real increase in living standards, because the extra money was largely soaked up by higher house prices and taxes.

It’s a classic example of how something that begins as liberation can quietly turn into a new form of constraint.

Longitudinal studies on happiness and time use (including data from the American Time Use Survey and OECD reports) show that the sharp rise in dual-earner households correlated with stagnant or declining leisure time for families, while subjective well-being metrics for parents have not risen in line with the additional income — supporting the idea that much of the gain was captured by housing costs and taxation rather than improved quality of life.

It’s a reminder to look carefully at changes that society presents as inevitable progress.

I call on @GlobalAthleteHQ to stand with Iranian athletes who are being silenced, imprisoned, and executed simply for raising their voices.

This is not just about sports. This is about human dignity.
