@tescomobile The email doesn't contain that information so if it could be sent out that would be a great help. I also would like the call recording sent again with a password that works please.
Being charged for a sim I never received then being told it will cost £187 to cancel. Request copy of call for trading standards then given a password that doesn't work. Poor show @tescomobile
@tescomobile I haven't received a letter, only the email. Could you have a letter sent out with the relevant information required to take further steps?
@tescomobile Alot of good that did. How can @tescomobile be allowed to just take money from you for a sim you never received and has been proven inactive the whole time?
@tescomobile Tbh Callum I'd rather you helped me get my money back and cancel the sim than help me get access to a call to take to trading standards 🤷♀️
