Then, I spent an hr trying to find out how his MH concerns slipped through the cracks. Def lawyers of all people shouldn’t paint all staff with the #samebrush

@LeafsMaz20 Well it’s actually a trained technique. Not to the groin, but to the peroneal nerve in the thigh. It hurts. It is temporary. But it is difficult to stand for a short time if done correctly. A non lethal use of force method to gain control of a subject.
