Montgomery County has enacted a burn ban. This order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday October 16, 2024.
Additionally, Governor Abbott has also issued a disaster Declaration that includes Montgomery County and 142 other Texas Counties.

I-45 Southbound shut down at The Woodlands for an 18 wheeler crash. Firefighters have controlled the fire but traffic will likely be delayed for hours due to the hazmat cleanup
