@FingalCounty Can you explain why roadworks were authorised to take place outside Portmarnock Church on Thursday evening during the evening commute home. Train station to church 25 minutes, usually 2 minutes. Traffic at a standstill.

@VirginMediaIE another WFH day where an unplanned outage happened mid-TEAMs call. No SMS update, no communication, no customer lservice. Your chatbot confirmed outage to 2pm and disconnected me after 3 minutes without asking if I was finished with the call.

@VirginMediaIE No broadband since 09.20 Thursday morning in Portmarnock. Customer care line only opens at 9am. Updates on App and website are out of date. As of now, Friday morning, showing the target fix time as 20.00 Thursday 15th January. Forget showtime, do better.
