Biden canceled it! Instead spent 48 Billion and NOT ONE person was connected to the internet!

In a Democracy, Laws are not voted on by Representatives, but are voted on by the people.
So, we are definitely NOT a Democracy.
The Only time a direct People's vote would be used is in certain cases. ie: A Constitutional Amendment.

Do they realize we are NOT a Democracy, but a Representative Republic.

We use a Democratic process. (One person one vote) In a Democracy, there are no representatives creating and passing Laws.
