@Hinal21999432 @AmericanAir @JetBlue I have to agree, flew UK to JFK on Wednesday, dropped bag at JFK American desk to be sent on to Cleveland. Never arrived, no contact, no email nothing. Answerphone and send us a email and put the record locator in, yes I did but it doesn’t except it.

@mjjxena They are unbelievable, they cancelled a reservation last week stating they had no cars.
They then took my money from my bank, can’t get through to anyone just fobbing me off.
Don’t use Hertz
