@408Nate @VTA This was a regular holiday thing when I was first working downtown.

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@408Nate There is a second Two Worlds complex in Pleasant Hill, near the city hall. It looks almost identical.

@jbakernyc Hit 1,661 on Saturday & 984 yesterday. Halfway there today!

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@CapitolCorridor It would be nice if passengers could get this info from the conductors. On Train 538, which is full of passengers headed to points beyond Sacramento. A little info would be helpful!

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@CapitolCorridor @Amtrak no updates on the 538? Apparently there’s no crew??? And no clear time to depart from SJC? And no info about if the next train is through to Auburn or a bus. Happy Thanksgiving 💜

@Michelle_Herman Bookmarking this for the next time someone says "you're the wordsmith" and asks me to explain they/them pronouns to them & then starts an argument over grammar or says it's too hard.

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@courtneyaj @WritingInst OMG...this makes me want to repeat our Boston house!

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@aliavolz Multiples for tops. Jockey for the leggings, but not sure if they have them year-round.

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@aliavolz Fleece velvet leggings and comfy cute tunic tops that look professional on zoom.

#COVID WARNING
@HealthySCC is reporting a large outbreak of COVID-19 among a local youth basketball program’s coaches, players, and their close contacts. The private basketball program for middle- and high school-aged players was violating local and State orders for youth sports”

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@jbakernyc Took a few zoom generative writing workshops here & there. Bought a robot vacuum & navy velvet living room curtains.

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@Ash_Kalra Walking to Sprouse-Reitz as a kid. Mervyn's for new school clothes & fabric for Easter dresses. First job @ the Sugar Plum, Hilltop Mall.

@paperhaus This money is SO needed right now. (Managing CARES funding in my day job.)

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@tayari @bonappetit Must try it. I usually use tollhouse, but double the brown sugar ratio and decrease the white sugar, and increase the baking time to get more crispiness. This recipe looks perfect!

@newsdamian He is part of the "Unsung Heroes" honored by the City Manager last week for his leadership on the 2020 Census. He played a key role in San Jose having the highest rate for large cities. And he is a beautiful soul.

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

Nguyen Pham is special colleague, so full of light & generosity. Just honored for work on the 2020 Census, he was volunteering at Grace Baptist Church during the brutal attack. Thankfully, he survived, but help is needed for the road ahead.

[Sam Liccardo @sliccardo]

Nguyen Pham has selflessly volunteered to help our unhoused, but was seriously injured in the brutal stabbing attack Sunday evening. Please join me in helping his family: https://t.co/gufYjKTTKR

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@meenaharris Her grandma isn't 58 yet!

[Michelle McGurk @mcgurkSJ]

@408Nate This gives me hope! Or is it the ex-Bay retirees?

[Sam Liccardo @sliccardo]
