SOFTWARE: Heritage Foundation who wrote Project 2025 found only 23 instances of non-citizen voting in federal elections where 1.3bn votes had been cast. Its incredibly rare - in part because it is illegal. This error which was fixed and affected no election outcomes is even rarer

DATA FAIL: A 2023 DMV data merge wrongly added 6,600 non-citizens to the NJ voter roll. It was identified in 2024 and sorted but not before 400 of them had voted. They voted because they'd been told they could. No election outcomes were affected.
