Alex Freeland admitted that this season has been a tough one for him trying to find his role in the big leagues.
He just got recalled by the Dodgers today and made this insane diving play to get the out at 1B.
Dodger Stadium erupted right after ๐ฅ
@GeorgeCasillas4 They have a group that performs on Japanese Heritage Night there. I thought I had a video but mustโve deleted it. They perform out behind CF, not on the field.
@TimIsenman Well I am not quite as good as my friends so I did not perform on the field. Itโs so much harder than it looks. Our shows are I think on YouTube. Ken Koshio is who you would search. There are also several groups around the country that are amazing. San Jose taiko is the best.
@mcheno@FredoCervantes@SportingTrib Ohtaniโs command wasnโt the greatest today. One pitch was up and in on Nolan - didnโt hit him. And they suggested it mightโve been on purpose and suggested hitting the opposing pitcher or brush him back (which is Ohtani).
@JuelzMovado@FredoCervantes@SportingTrib At first I thought it was all Bob, then as he took more time off, I realized that Steve is equally as bad. However, itโs mostly against the Dodgers. I have heard Bob say some low key racist stuff before and Iโm not shocked whatsoever.
@LACarolLX17 Iโm hoping that maybe @katiejwoo can ask Shohei if he heard the taiko drums or if he was in the zone, and if he did, did it remind him of home.
@JuelzMovado@FredoCervantes@SportingTrib Doesnโt surprise me one bit. Shows how little they know about Shohei. He would never do that on purpose. I despise having to listen to Steve and Bob and Luis. Not sure who was in the booth with Steve last night but they all suck.
On Tuesday, Shohei Ohtani hit a triple in the second inning, and that ball was authenticated and is being sold for $10,000 by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
32% of all sales are donated to the D-Backs Foundation, while the remaining 68% stays with the team. Ohtani also hit a double in the first inning on Tuesday, and that ball is being sold for $2,000.
