@goddek RED flag for me was when doctors refused to treat patients with available off label medications. Treatment was on hold while the world waited for double blind studies to be completed. All I could think was why not TRY something? People are dying.

@scottagunn We read the Christmas Story from the KJV to our 3+ year old grandson on Christmas Eve. He listened attentively and asked questions. I believe he was captivated by the beauty of the language. We underestimate what children (and adults) are capable of understanding.

Our pastor came to our house this morning for a pastoral visit. It was a indescribable blessing. We drank good coffee and he listened to us share a little more of our story. Then he prayed for us and encouraged us.
