Incredible scale of combinatorial indexing single cell employed in characterizing complex developmental phenotypes. Interesting to think of what can be learned by commonalities of mechanism in multiple tissues and highlighted by the data itself rather than what catches the eye.

@Steffen_E_Fuchs We haven't done any of the advanced probe design applications yet (isoform discrimination, SNV, etc). We would also like to hear from anyone if they've run any probe sets that include single probe for a given target.
