The gun is the most misunderstood object in Western civilization. Not a weapon. A technology. The technology that made the idea of equality physically real.

1. The longbow democratized warfare – a peasant could kill a knight with a stick and a string, and Agincourt proved it. The gun completed the process. The armored warrior class whose claim to social dominance rested on physical superiority became obsolete. The aristocratic monopoly on violence ended not with a philosophy but with a mechanism. The gun is the physical enforcement of the idea that all men are created equal. Which is why the American founders put it in the second amendment – not as an afterthought, but as the guarantee of everything else.

2. The Roman citizen had the right to bear arms. The Greek citizen had it. The English yeoman had it. The Swiss canton built its entire civilization on it. The disarming of the population has always been, in every civilization, in every century, the first act of the government that intends to stop being answerable to that population. Show me a disarmed population and I will show you a population that lost something else shortly after.

3. The Second Amendment is not about hunting. It is not about sport. It is about the relationship between the armed citizen and the state – the explicit constitutional acknowledgment that the citizen’s right to defend himself, his family, and his civilization against any threat, including the government itself, is not granted by the state and cannot be revoked by it. Power flows upward from the armed citizen, not downward from the armed state.

4. The gun defends the family. The woman alone with her children. The farmer on the edge of civilization. The shopkeeper in the neighborhood the police no longer patrol. The gun is the equalizer – the technology that makes the physical difference between a large man and a small woman irrelevant. Every argument for disarmament is, at its core, an argument that the state will protect you better than you can protect yourself. The evidence for this proposition is not encouraging.

5. In Europe, the disarmament is now nearly complete – and it happened precisely as the state’s ability and willingness to protect its citizens began to decline. The timing is not coincidental. A population that cannot defend itself must trust the state to defend it – which is a population that cannot effectively question whether the state is doing so. The dependency is the design.

6. The gun is a civilizational technology in the deepest sense: it requires responsibility, judgment, and the willingness to accept the consequences of your decisions. You cannot outsource it. You cannot have a committee fire it. It is the most anti-bureaucratic object ever invented – a direct, personal, consequential instrument that puts the full weight of the decision on the individual holding it. Which is precisely why the administrative state finds it intolerable. Not because it is dangerous. Because it is sovereign.

7. The family that can defend itself does not depend on the state for its most fundamental security. The civilization that can defend itself has not yet outsourced its survival to an institution that will negotiate the terms of that survival on its own behalf. The gun determines who controls violence – and therefore who controls everything that violence can threaten. Which is everything. The Sobieski who rode down the hill had a sword and sixty thousand horsemen. The equivalent today is the armed citizen who understands what he is defending and why. Every civilization that forgot this discovered it the hard way. The ones that remembered it are still here.

Poland is being played. And the people playing it are inside the building.

In my personal opinion, Poland is being intentionally entangled in the border crisis and the Ukraine situation to keep it bogged down in expensive, unproductive commitments — preventing it from rising through the ranks of global economic powers even faster than it naturally would.

A jealous neighbor has placed its representatives inside Poland's leftist coalition, pushing these causes as noble, unifying fights — while Poland carries the financial burden and others reap the rewards, supplying weapons at inflated costs.

It would be such an easy pivot. Poland could simply say: this is costing us a fortune, they don't even appreciate it, and they constantly disrespect us. We need to stop our abusive loyalty. This is a bad marriage. Let's turn down the heat with our neighbors and flip the power dynamic entirely.

Poland allows transit of Belarusian potash to the Western world — turning a profit and using it as a political mechanism to make Belarus behave and remove the migrant hybrid war from our eastern flank.

Russia supplies Western Europe with inexpensive energy again — through Poland — who charges a transit fee that flows directly into the Polish economy.
Both transit agreements generate billions in revenue for Poland and place Poland in a position of power over both Western and Eastern Europe simultaneously. Keep one behaving. Profit from everyone's success. The more you buy, the more we make. We hope you all do very well.

If the outrageous border and defense budgets had simply gone into Polish infrastructure, the Polish economy, or paying down debt we never needed to take on in the first place — think how much wealthier Poland would be right now.

We have already rebuilt the Polish army into something extraordinary and constructed a fortress border wall. Both are genuinely important foundations of a strong country — but they shouldn't be the main focus forever. Think of them as a strong foundation to build upon, not the ceiling of Polish ambition.

Poland needs a government that works in unison — a prime minister and president aligned and pulling in the same direction — instead of constantly fighting each other, intentionally creating opposition for self-destructive political theatre. I believe this division is manufactured. It is getting Poland nowhere.

Say what you want about PiS, but the numbers don't lie. Look at the economic miracle they assembled over ten years when a prime minister and president worked in genuine alignment. Poland has PiS fatigue — I understand that. But the model of aligned leadership worked.

The perfect next chapter, in my view: someone who can work constructively with President Nawrocki — Krzysztof Bosak comes to mind — alongside a fresh, young, business-minded foreign minister. Someone with vision for Poland's economic position in the world rather than its role as the West's loyal and underpaid security guard.

Poland has earned the right to start playing for Poland.

Wracam. Pięć dni szkolenia bojowego FPV. Nie pokazowego. Nie reklamowego. Bojowego.

Prowadzący: doświadczony instruktor – człowiek, który ponad rok spędził na froncie w Ukrainie. Służył w 24. Brygadzie Zmechanizowanej, na rocznym kontrakcie w SZU, między 2023 a 2024 rokiem. To brygada, która miała własny oddział droniarzy. Instruktor nie był tam obserwatorem. Walczył. Przeszedł przez okres, gdy konflikt wchodził w zupełnie nową fazę – fazę masowych dronów, walki elektronicznej i taktyki, której nie uczą na żadnej akademii.

Kim jestem? Studentem Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego na Akademii Marynarki Wojennej w Gdyni. Mam za sobą wszystkie cywilne kursy, jakie są w Polsce dostępne – STS-01, STS-02, kategorie A1, A2, A3. Mam setki godzin nalotu na własnym sprzęcie. Drony to moja zajawka od lat.

Na początku myślałem o kursie na Ukrainie. Szukałem szkolenia z zastosowania dronów bojowych. Ale realia – praca, studia, logistyka – sprawiły, że to byłoby bardzo trudne. Wtedy znalazłem jedyny taki kurs w Polsce. U jedynej osoby, która miała realne, udokumentowane doświadczenie z frontu. I to był strzał w dziesiątkę. Chcę wam o tym opowiedzieć. I zadać kilka pytań, które od pięciu dni nie dają mi spać.

Amerykanie podjęli błyskawiczną decyzję o zablokowaniu dostępu do modelu Fable - to dla nas, w Unii Europejskiej, absolutnie świetna wiadomość!

Spójrzmy prawdzie w oczy: tak potężny i potencjalnie niebezpieczny model prędzej czy później i tak trafiłby pod lupy naszych regulatorów i zostałby zablokowany na mocy jakiejś nowej regulacji. Dzięki temu w Europie nie musimy marnować setek godzin na pisanie kolejnych kilkusetstronicowych aneksów regulacyjnych. Możemy wreszcie odetchnąć i skupić się na tym, co wychodzi nam najlepiej: na projektach niszowych, ultrabezpiecznych, w 100% zgodnych z procedurami i… całkowicie nieprzydatnych rynkowo. Bazując na unijnych tradycjach grantowych, oto kilka kierunków technologicznych, którymi UE może się teraz na spokojnie zająć.

Jezu. Ile można klepać bajkę o “success story” wejścia do UE, nie rozumiejąc jego natury, bez konkretów, w oparciu o jeden, nie doczytany wskaźnik.

1. Fetyszyzowany PKB Polski rósł TAK SAMO przed, jak i po wejściu do Unii. Równomiernie od 1991 roku. 50 lat temu też uprawiano propagandę sukcesu, fiksując uwagę opinii publicznej na jednym wskaźniku - wówczas była to bijąca rekordy produkcja przemysłowa.

2. III RP NIE ROZWIJA się w sferach fundamentalnych, decydujących o realnej sile państwa. I nie będzie rozwijać, tkwiąc w modelu zależnym. Nie nadrabia zapóźnienia w:
📍kompetencjach suwerennych
📍pozycji w łańcuchach wartości
📍nasyceniu gospodarki wysokimi technologiami
📍nakładach na B+R/innowacje
📍wskaźnikach gromadzonego bogactwa obywateli
📍rynku kapitałowym
📍czempionach narodowych
📍standardach życia publicznego
etc

3. Akcesja UE w 2004 była wchłonięciem peryferii według skryptu KOLONIALNEGO. Obce elementy przejęły kontrolę właścicielską nad sektorami strategicznymi 🇵🇱, zwasalizowały tubylcze “elity”, pozbyły lokalnej konkurencji i zabezpieczyły sobie uprzywilejowaną pozycję. Następnie rozpoczęły eksploatację lokalnych zasobów i taniej siły roboczej, drenaż kapitału intelektualnego, w końcu transfer zysków do rodzimych stolic, miliardy każdego roku.

4. Polski wzrost jest FASADOWY, dotyczy poziomu życia jednostek, a nie pozycji konkurencyjnej państwa, ani respektu międzynarodowego, wpływów soft power, czy budowy wspólnoty narodowej. Jeśli ktoś redukuje rozwój cywilizacyjny do “ładnych rzeczy” - odnowienia kamienic, wyłożenia rynku polbrukiem, wakacji, Netflixa i gadżetów elektronicznych, to taki sam rozwój jest w Białorusi, Uzbekistanie i Egipcie. To tak, jakby twierdzić, że polski futbol rozwinął się od czasów Górskiego, bo gracze mają lepsze buty, boiska i zarabiają więcej hajsu.

5. Fundusze strukturalne UE dla 🇵🇱 to nie prezent od św. Mikołaja, tylko inwestycja, na której główne państwa Zachodu zarabiają z nawiązką. Narzucane wraz z funduszami cele wydatkowania służyły i służą potrzebom obcego biznesu, promocji wśród Polaków kosmopolitycznych postaw oraz opłacaniu kompradorskich “elit” 🇵🇱 korumpujących dystrybucję pieniędzy z Brukseli. W razie nieposłuszeństwa, fundusze stają się też instrumentem szantażu.

Enter kombinowanie and cwaniactwo.

Kombinowanie

Pronunciation: kom-bee-NO-va-nyeh

Perhaps the most famous post-communist concept.

Means “figuring something out” through informal workarounds.

Under communism:
•obtaining unavailable goods
•pulling favors
•using connections
•circumventing absurd rules

Not outright criminality.

Not quite entrepreneurship.

A gray zone between adaptation and corruption.

There is no concise English equivalent.

Cwaniactwo

Pronunciation: tsvah-NYATS-tvo

One of the most revealing words in Polish.

The celebration of clever opportunism.

A cwaniak is not merely smart. He bends rules, exploits loopholes, manipulates systems, and often profits at others’ expense—while admiring himself for being “clever.”

English has:
•hustler
•wheeler-dealer
•scammer
•operator

But none capture the mixture of cunning, social admiration, and moral ambiguity.

Many Poles would argue communist shortages and bureaucracy rewarded cwaniactwo.

A sick system necessitates adaptation strategies.
Very few fight it openly, most adapt.

These behaviors were adaptive responses to a reality in which official rules often had little connection to practical reality, honesty was frequently punished, and success depended more on navigating the lie than on productive effort.

The tragedy is that even after the system collapses, the habits it creates can persist. The lies disappear more quickly than the instincts developed to survive them.

🇬🇧 An 18-year-old was stabbed 5 times and bled out on a Southampton street, telling police he's dying. They handcuffed him.

His killer claimed racism. Police believed him without question, never cuffed him, and let his family walk the murder weapon out of the scene in his mother's hands.

They even took him to a kitchen to pick his food while under arrest for the murder.

Henry Nowak lost consciousness and died on that street while the people meant to protect him chose feelings over facts.

When officers are so conditioned to fear being called racist that they can't read an obvious crime scene, that's a catastrophic policing failure.

Decades of anti-racism training produced cops who looked at a dying boy and saw a liability before they saw a victim.

Henry paid for that with his life.

The university student tried desperate to tell police he had been stabbed and that he couldn’t breathe. They turn him around on the ground and handcuff him until he goes limp.

Nowak was killed by an Indian man who lied and said he was the victim of a racist attack, a tactic often used and encouraged by leftists to get an upper hand against others.
