In every relationship/marriage, you must move from emotional love to intentional love, your relationship can’t keep riding on butterflies, after the butterfly dies and you’re hit with the reality of life, it’s commitment and intentionality that will rock the relationships boat.
People buy into you before what you have to say as a Product Manager. Build relationship with your team members first before trying to get them to do things for you.

As a product manager, never assume your user’s persona because you will run into trouble which is either building the right product for the wrong or Vice versa
Research your user persona throroughly in order to deliver a successful product to the market
Hope this helped?

You don't need product experience to become a product manager.
You need:
1/ curiousity - to identify the right problem
2/ focus - to create the solution for the problem
3/ willingness - to learn and get it done
