A society that is not civically aware is easily misled. Civic education is not optional, it’s the foundation of accountability. When people understand their rights, their power, and how systems work, leadership is forced to rise.

Last week, we brought together chama women leaders, community influencers, digital creators, and university student leaders from across Nairobi to address our nation's crucial challenges. They identified three key issues:

🔴 Rising femicide cases affecting women and girls.
🔴 Political exclusion of women and minority groups.
🔴 Election period unrest.

Through collaborative discussions, we developed concrete action plans to tackle these systemic problems. The group explored how movement building can help them effectively engage and negotiate with power structures.

They are now ready to confront systemic injustices and drive meaningful systemic change in their communities. #ReclaimingOurPower #badiliafricainitiative
